OTHER PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
American Delegation to International Conferences on Russian Banking Moscow, St. Petersburg, 1992-95. Ms. Fein served on the executive planning committee for four International Conferences on Russian Banking sponsored by the Central Bank of Russia and the Russian Bankers Association. Ms. Fein, along with senior Federal Reserve officials, led the American delegation to the Conferences and participated as a speaker.
Vice President’s Task Group on Regulation of Financial Services
Interagency Legislative Drafting Committee, 1985-86. Ms. Fein served as the Federal Reserve Board’s representative on the interagency committee responsible for drafting legislation to implement the recommendations of the Bush Task Force on Regulation of Financial Services.
